Close your eyes and picture
the blinking light.  Do you feel
anxious?  Impatient?  Natural
(an example of being plugged in)
of your happiness, constantly you?
Fun things are happening without
this habit.  Stress. Damage.
Real-life relationships.  It's tough
to connect sitting next to you
(you keep checking for texts).
You don't have to live completely
gadget-free, but to cut back try
going out with friends.  Read a book.
You'll see things you never noticed
when you screen.
